Quality and the Environment
setech products and services meet all the requirements of ISO 9001 and the process of registering will be completed this year. In addition major strides in the management of our own environment through the our own waste management and processes have been successful in lowering our carbon foot print and will continue to do so.
In 2008 setech uk will complete its registration to environmental standard ISO14001.We continue to be conscious of the need to conserve energy through design initiatives for our clients energy use.
Health & Safety
We never compromise the Health & Safety of our employees, customers or the general public. Our objective at all times is the completion of projects safely, to the highest standard and in a timely manner. All project managers, fitters and installers undergo a rigid health and safety training and approval and work under tough controls and procedures.
Our implementation teams are trained as follows:-
- PASMA certification for Euro Towers and mobile scaffold erection
- MEWP certification (mobile elevated working platform)
- UK PIA (Petroleum Installations Accreditation)
- First Aid certification
- Risk Assessment training
- Method statement training
- Safe contactor status
- CITB safety certification
- CSCS certification
The company is fully conversant with CDM (Construction Design and Management) and HSG 41 regulations applicable on Petroleum Forecourts.
